Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how QualBench ("QualBench," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use our website, application, account qualification tools, messaging workbench, export tools, credit-based processing features, and related services.

QualBench is a U.S.-only business workflow application designed to help U.S.-based customers prepare U.S.-targeted outbound datasets. QualBench helps users upload account or contact data, create ICP profiles, run account qualification, generate messaging variables, optionally merge account-level outputs into contact-level files, and export structured datasets for third-party systems.

QualBench does not send emails, operate campaigns, manage inboxes, warm domains, provide lead data, manage replies, act as a CRM, act as a sequencer, or guarantee legal compliance, deliverability, replies, meetings, pipeline, or revenue.

By using QualBench, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

6. AI and Automated Processing

QualBench uses automated systems, AI models, search tools, research workflows, classification logic, matching logic, and other computational services to provide the Service.

When you use features such as ICP drafting, Qual, Bench, contact merge, or export generation, your inputs and Customer Data may be processed by automated systems or third-party service providers to generate outputs.

This may include processing: company domains, website content, company descriptions, ICP profiles, account records, contact records, buyer personas, qualification criteria, messaging instructions, generated outputs, and workflow metadata.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicative, unsuitable, or inappropriate for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving outputs before using or exporting them.

QualBench does not guarantee output accuracy, uniqueness, legal compliance, deliverability, effectiveness, or consistency across time.

No AI Model Training

For the avoidance of doubt, QualBench does not use your uploaded Customer Data, contact records, proprietary ICP profiles, account lists, prompts, notes, or generated workspace outputs to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve any public, proprietary, internal, or third-party artificial intelligence model.

QualBench does not authorize its AI model providers or other service providers to use your uploaded Customer Data, contact records, proprietary ICP profiles, account lists, prompts, notes, or generated workspace outputs to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve their models.

QualBench does not opt in to third-party model-provider training programs for Customer Data.

This restriction does not prevent QualBench or its service providers from processing Customer Data as necessary to provide the Service you requested, including generating outputs, detecting abuse, maintaining security, debugging errors, logging processing status, calculating credits, supporting your workspace, or complying with legal obligations.

Model and Provider Variability

Some QualBench features rely on third-party AI models, model providers, search systems, research tools, hosting infrastructure, or related computational services that QualBench does not fully control. These systems may change over time.

Output format, tone, length, structure, wording, confidence, latency, availability, and consistency may vary due to upstream model updates, model replacements, provider changes, algorithmic shifts, or other factors outside QualBench's control. Similar inputs may not always produce identical outputs.

7. How We Disclose Information

7.1 Within Your Workspace

Information in a workspace may be visible to workspace owners, admins, members, viewers, invited users, or other authorized users according to their permissions. Workspace admins are responsible for managing user access.

7.2 Service Providers

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate QualBench. These may include providers for: our core application, hosting, database, and serverless processing platform (Base44); authentication, including Google sign-in (Google); AI model processing accessed through our platform's integrations (which may use third-party model providers such as OpenAI and Google); file storage; web research and search; analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity); logging; security; email notifications; payment processing (Stripe); billing; customer support; error monitoring; and product analytics.

Service providers may process information only as needed to provide services to QualBench or as otherwise permitted by their agreements with us. QualBench does not authorize service providers to use Customer Data to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence models.

7.3 User-Directed Exports and Integrations

If you export data from QualBench, you choose where that data goes. You may export files for tools such as Apollo, SmartLead, GMass, Gmail, Outlook, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, spreadsheets, CSV workflows, or other third-party systems.

Once you export or upload data into a third-party system, that third-party system's privacy policy and terms apply. QualBench is not responsible for how third-party systems collect, use, store, import, disclose, secure, or retain exported data.

7.4 Legal, Safety, and Enforcement

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, enforce our Terms of Service, detect or prevent fraud or security incidents, investigate misuse, or protect the rights, property, or safety of QualBench, users, or the public.

7.5 Business Transfers

If QualBench is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.

7.6 With Your Permission

We may disclose information with your consent or at your direction.

If you delete data from the Service, we may retain certain copies in backups, logs, audit records, billing records, or security systems as needed for security, legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or operational purposes.

Data remaining in standard system backups will be overwritten or permanently purged in accordance with our automated backup cycles, which do not exceed thirty (30) days from the date of deletion.

We may retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified operational information for analytics, benchmarking, security, and product improvement.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, logging, monitoring, encryption, permissioning, vendor controls, and operational security practices.

However, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that information will always remain secure.

You are responsible for: using strong passwords, protecting account credentials, managing workspace access, removing users who no longer need access, limiting user permissions, reviewing exports before uploading them elsewhere, avoiding the upload of prohibited or sensitive data, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may delete, quarantine, restrict, or require removal of prohibited data if we identify it.

13. Customer Responsibility for Uploaded Data

You are responsible for the Customer Data you upload, process, export, or use. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, notices, consents, contractual rights, and legal authority necessary to upload Customer Data to QualBench and to use it with the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection, upload, processing, export, and downstream use of Customer Data complies with applicable U.S. laws, rules, platform terms, contracts, privacy obligations, and internal policies.

This may include obligations relating to: privacy notices, opt-outs, suppression requests, unsubscribe requests, deletion requests, access requests, correction requests, do-not-contact requests, customer or prospect ownership restrictions, internal compliance policies, and contractual limits on data use.

QualBench does not determine whether uploaded contact data may lawfully be used for outbound, marketing, sales, recruiting, customer research, or any other purpose.

15. State Privacy Rights

QualBench is a U.S.-only B2B workflow tool designed primarily for commercial users, business accounts, workspace administrators, and uploaded business contact data.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to concede that any particular U.S. state privacy law applies to QualBench, to a particular workspace, to a particular category of business contact data, or to a particular request.

Where a privacy law applies, we will comply with our obligations under that law. Where a privacy law does not apply, we may still provide reasonable access, correction, deletion, or export assistance as an operational courtesy, at our discretion, where practical and appropriate.

To submit a privacy request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We provide this California Privacy Notice to describe our information practices and to support transparency. This notice should not be interpreted as a concession that the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to QualBench in all circumstances, to all information we process, or to all business contact data uploaded by customers.

To appeal a denied request, please contact us via the form with the subject "Privacy Appeal." 18. Children's Privacy

QualBench is not intended for children or users under 18. You may not use QualBench if you are under 18. You may not upload children's data to QualBench. If we learn that we collected children's data, we may delete it.

19. Public Website Research and Domain-Based ICP Drafting

If you enter a domain or ask QualBench to draft an ICP profile, QualBench may review public websites, public webpages, public product descriptions, public customer pages, public case studies, public pricing pages, public industry pages, and other public information.

QualBench may use this public information to infer: what a company sells, best-fit customer types, poor-fit company types, target industries, excluded industries, buyer personas, buying triggers, disqualifiers, target geographies, and qualification signals.

Domain-based ICP drafts are suggestions only. They may not reflect your actual ICP, sales strategy, best customers, exclusions, pricing motion, or business priorities. You are responsible for reviewing and editing ICP drafts before saving or using them.

20. Aggregated, Anonymized, and De-Identified Information

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified operational information to understand product usage, improve performance, evaluate feature quality, improve workflow reliability, identify abuse patterns, benchmark system reliability, develop new features, measure processing latency, understand error rates, and improve user experience.

When we use information for these purposes, we do not use the semantic content of your uploaded account lists, contact records, proprietary ICP profiles, prompts, notes, or generated messaging outputs. Product-improvement analysis relies on structural metadata, system performance logs, usage events, status codes, aggregate counts, processing latency, error states, completion rates, and similar operational signals.

QualBench does not use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve AI models using Customer Data.

21. Email Communications

We may send you emails related to: account creation, login and security, workspace invitations, billing, subscription changes, credit usage, product updates, support, legal notices, and service announcements.

You may be able to unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails. You cannot unsubscribe from transactional, security, billing, or service-critical messages while your account remains active.

22. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to these signals. Where required by applicable law and technically feasible, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals for applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities.

Because QualBench does not intend to sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, these signals may not materially change our current practices.

23. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of QualBench after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you should stop using QualBench.
