U.S.-Only Use Policy

Effective June 2025

QualBench is currently available only to U.S.-based customers for U.S.-targeted business prospecting preparation.

Who can use QualBench

QualBench is available only to:

Individual residents of the United States; or
Entities formed under the laws of the United States with their principal place of business in the United States.

What data you may process

You may only use QualBench to process account, company, and contact data relating to organizations and individuals located in the United States. You may not use the Service to target, process, upload, enrich, prepare, or export data for prospects, recipients, campaigns, or business activities outside the United States.

Your acknowledgment at signup

When you create an account, you confirm that you are a U.S.-based user or company and will use QualBench only for U.S.-targeted business prospecting preparation.

Export confirmation

When you export data from QualBench, you confirm that the records are intended only for U.S.-based business outreach preparation and that you are responsible for downstream compliance, sending, imports, and suppression.

Enforcement

QualBench may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or workspaces that appear to involve non-U.S. customers, non-U.S. prospecting, or non-U.S. campaign activity.
